About the role

- Lead and support a team of gym instructors, personal trainers, and reformer Pilates instructors
- Drive the delivery of high-quality, safe and inclusive health club programs and services
- Develop and motivate staff to achieve exceptional member experiences and outcomes
- Monitor program performance, participation and budget targets to support business growth
- Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive and welcoming club culture

About you

- Proactive and innovative, bringing new ideas to improve member engagement and retention
- Strong people leadership skills, communication and relationship building skills

- Sound knowledge of health and fitness operations, including gym, personal training and reformer Pilates environments
