Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the Longmoor House Integrated Care Unit. This newly refurbished unit provides step-down capacity from acute trusts for medically optimised patients with ongoing nursing, therapy and reablement needs.

You will work within an MDT, deliver clinically led care, contribute to a holistic recovery model and support timely discharges in a patient-centred workplace. Flexible working options may be considered.
