LIVE IN AU PAIR – THORNLANDS (BRISBANE BAYSIDE) QLD - JANUARY 2027

Fantastic opportunity to join a warm, relaxed family of four living in a spacious, up-to-date 5-bedroom home in Thornlands, a scenic bayside suburb just 40 minutes from Brisbane City! This lovely British expat family includes two self-employed business owners, their confident 4-year-old daughter, an adorable 5-month-old baby boy, and a friendly pet cat!

You will be helping out mainly in the mornings and again late afternoon/evenings leaving the middle of the day completely free to relax, hit the beach, or study! Because the 4-year-old attends Kindy full-time, your focus will be on morning drop-offs, fun afternoon play, and supporting parents with baby routines.

The 4-year-old girl is kind, cheerful, and loves role play, arts and crafts, reading, and pool time. The baby boy is sweet and thriving, enjoying tummy time, playtime, and walks.

The Location & Home
Live in style in a large, clean 5-bedroom home featuring stunning views, an outdoor swimming pool, a private sauna, and a home golf simulator room! You will enjoy a generous private queen bedroom with direct access to the garden and pool, along with your own dedicated bathroom with bath, shower, and separate toilet.
Thornlands is situated right on the doorstep of Moreton Bay—just minutes from ferries heading out to Coochiemudlo Island and North Stradbroke Island for world-class beaches and snorkelling! Local cafes, shops, restaurants, and train stations are all within a 10-minute drive.

The Experience
Your everyday interactions center on morning Kindy preparation, making lunches, afternoon pick-ups, park outings,

crafts, cubby house play, and swimming in the family pool. Additional tasks include light child-related duties such as unpacking groceries, washing baby bottles, emptying the dishwasher, and dinner tidy-up.
