ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced 2x Pavement Project Manager to join a leading civil infrastructure contractor in regional Queensland.

With a strong pipeline of long-term work and projects valued up to $20–30M, these are excellent opportunities to lead pavement and asphalt delivery while building a long-term career in regional Queensland.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of pavement and asphalt projects valued up to $20–30M.
- Manage project planning, programming, budgets, resources and subcontractors.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality and project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate project teams and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs, progress and commercial performance.
- Drive efficient delivery and support the continued growth of the regional business.

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in civil construction, pavement or asphalt project delivery.




- Proven experience managing projects, large teams, budgets and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of construction planning, safety, quality and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to live and work in regional Queensland.
