About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Packing & Logistics Operator to join a growing team at a newly established, purpose built manufacturing facility in Braeside.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in warehousing, logistics, production, or manufacturing who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in producing quality work.
As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for packing, labelling, quality checking, and preparing products for dispatch while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a semi-automatic packing machine safely and efficiently
- Feed pre-assembled cartons into the production line
- Pack finished products accurately and with care
- Label cartons and products correctly according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Stack and prepare completed cartons for dispatch
- Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work workplace
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production,
or packing environment
- Experience operating packing or production machinery is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential
