About the Role:
We are seeking a Physiotherapist for a full-time role in residential aged care in Geelong, VIC, with a growing allied health organisation dedicated to older Australians. You will provide physiotherapy to residents, including people living with dementia, helping them stay mobile, safe and engaged. You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team that values reablement and person-centred care.
- Assess and treat residents to maintain and improve mobility, function and independence
- Deliver reablement-focused programs tailored to residents living with dementia
- Implement falls prevention strategies and complete manual handling assessments
- Prescribe mobility aids and equipment to suit individual needs
- Support pain management and contribute to resident care plans
- Work collaboratively with nursing, care, lifestyle and allied health staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

About You:
- Degree in Physiotherapy, with full AHPRA registration
- Experience working with people living with dementia (essential)
- Aged care or residential aged care experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current driver's licence
- National Police Check, or willing to obtain
- Eligible to work in Australia
