About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a high performing retail store in Robina on a permanent, full time basis. Supporting a busy retail store, you will help lead the team, drive sales performance, manage KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Area Manager,
you will have the opportunity to take ownership of daily operations, develop team capability and contribute to continued store success.
Skills and Experience
- Two years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager
- Strong commercial awareness and KPI management skills
- Ability to drive sales and maintain operational standards
- Excellent coaching, delegation and leadership skills
- Confident managing store operations independently
