Camms Rd Medical Centre is seeking an independent podiatrist to take over our existing podiatry service as our current practitioner transitions out of the role.

This is an excellent chance for an independent podiatrist looking to establish or grow their practice within an established medical centre, with an existing patient base and significant unmet demand for appointments.

With an established caseload and patients waiting for appointments, you won't be starting from scratch.

The opportunity:

- Established patient base: Take over an existing podiatry service with ongoing patient demand.
- Significant growth potential: Help meet unmet demand and welcome current patients currently unable to access appointments.
- GPs next door prioritises referrals to you.
- Flexible schedule.
- Independent contractor model: Percentage-based remuneration, with arrangements discussed with the successful applicant.
- Clinical autonomy:

Maintain your independence while working within an established healthcare setting.
- Onsite facilities: Podiatry chair and autoclave available.
- Reception and administration support: Focus on patient care while our team assists with bookings and enquiries.

We are looking for an AHPRA-registered podiatrist who is interested in taking over an existing service and developing it further.

This opportunity would suit an established practitioner seeking an additional consulting location or an independent podiatrist looking to build a consistent caseload without the challenge of generating all their own patient demand.

We'd love to discuss the opportunity, available consulting days and percentage-based contractor arrangement with you.
