- $170 per hour for 3 months or 70%
- Standard Consult $108
- Long Consult $150
- Existing patient base
- 2.5 RNs on at all times
- Treatment room with 2 beds
- Procedure room
- 8 doctors
- 13 Consulting rooms
- Allied Health on site
- Mixed billing
- 4 - 6 patients per hour
