Gough Recruitment in Mandurah is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager or existing Head of Department to lead a growing Property Management team. You will shape the department, set structures and systems while reporting to Directors, with support from a small but capable team.
You'll manage a portfolio of about 50 properties, mentor two Property Managers, two Assistants, a BDM and a VA, and drive best-in-class client service in a family-owned agency.
