Mee So in Sydney's Surry Hills is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to take ownership of a station in a rapid-paced, creative kitchen. You’ll prepare and cook Japanese and Korean-inspired dishes, work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menu concepts, and ensure top-quality presentation and flavour.

You’ll train junior kitchen staff, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal updates.
