Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker for the Mobilisation Team in Liverpool to provide short-term care and support to individuals according to their Personalised Plans.

You will shadow-train recent, core care team staff, ensure paperwork in home settings is in place before first care delivery, and participate in rostering and rota coordination to support the team effectively.
