Pay: $55+/hr + Super + Overtime (based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

About the Role
We're looking for skilled Maintenance Fitters to keep production running smoothly. You'll perform preventative maintenance, repair plant equipment, and respond quickly to breakdowns while working with a supportive team. This is a hands-on role in a quick-paced manufacturing environment, offering great pay and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform efficient and reliable preventative maintenance
- Repair plant equipment to meet production targets
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns
- Prioritize and manage work orders using the MEX system
- Maintain accurate equipment logs and records
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Engineering teams
- Achieve KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
About You
- Trade certified in mechanical fitting or related field
- Manufacturing experience essential
- Knowledge of extrusion & water process equipment preferred
- Welding competency (MIG/TIG/Arc)
- Strong safety focus and CMMS (MEX) experience desirable
- High attention to detail and excellent work ethic
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Must pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
