Softtest Pays Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer for a role focused on designing, developing, testing and supporting modern software solutions. The successful candidate will contribute across the application lifecycle, working with established technologies and cloud platforms to help deliver reliable, maintainable software. About The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across both client-side and server-side development, building and enhancing applications using Blazor, C# and the .NET framework. You will collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, implement effective technical solutions, and support the deployment and ongoing improvement of software.

The role involves working in an Agile, lean development environment, contributing to planning and delivery activities, and using modern engineering practices to maintain quality. You will also develop and maintain automated tests, work with source control and DevOps pipelines, and support application delivery on cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure. Candidates should be comfortable communicating technical ideas, participating in collaborative problem-solving, and adapting to evolving priorities.

Qualifications

Candidates must be Australian citizens residing in Australia. Applicants should demonstrate qualified experience as a Full Stack Developer and bring practical experience with Blazor, C# and the .NET framework.



Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, Git, and DevOps pipeline deployment is required.

You should also have experience developing tests and using testing tools such as xUnit, alongside an understanding of software quality practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe, and experience working in a lean development environment are important. Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills will help you work effectively with technical colleagues and project stakeholders.

The ability to contribute to code reviews, discuss implementation options and manage development tasks responsibly will also support success in this role.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain full stack application features using Blazor, C# and .NET. Translate business and technical requirements into clear, maintainable code, and contribute to decisions about implementation, application structure and ongoing improvements.

Collaborate with developers and relevant stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in Agile ceremonies and team planning, provide updates on progress, raise delivery risks, and help the team refine work into practical development tasks.



Use Git for version control and contribute to code reviews and shared development standards.

Create and maintain automated tests, including unit tests using tools such as xUnit, to help verify functionality and reduce regressions. Investigate and resolve defects, support troubleshooting, and contribute to improving application reliability and performance. Work with Azure and other cloud services as required, and assist with deployment through DevOps pipelines.

Follow secure development practices, document relevant technical work, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team’s tools, processes and software delivery approach.
