The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Fund Administrator to keep our day-to-day fund administration running smoothly. You’ll combine solid attention to detail with sound judgement, analytical thinking and a practical approach to improving services for members and employers.

What you’ll do

- Process member benefits, pensions and income streams, registrations, contributions and employment changes
- Manage investment switches, member detail updates, statements, financial hardship and compassionate grounds applications
- Respond to member and employer enquiries within agreed service levels
- Complete reconciliations, exception reporting, unallocated money, testing and system assurance checks
- Partner with Fund Administration, Business Systems and IT Operations to resolve issues, document insights and raise JIRA tickets
- Contribute to audits, projects and process improvements

What you’ll bring





- 1–3 years’ experience in fund administration, superannuation administration, or insurance and claims administration
- Good general knowledge of superannuation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA capability is desirable
- Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgement and respect for confidentiality
- The flexibility to adapt, collaborate and take on varied priorities
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Business; RG146 Superannuation is highly regarded
