The Opportunity

Start your legal career in a specialist Disputes & Insolvency team within a leading national firm. You'll gain hands-on experience, structured mentoring and exposure to complex matters, with a clear pathway from graduate to Solicitor.

The Role

This opportunity is for a final-year law student who will complete their degree this year or a recent law graduate who has not yet commenced PLT. You'll receive support as you complete your studies and work towards admission to legal practice while building practical legal experience.

From day one, you'll work alongside experienced practitioners on litigation, regulatory and insolvency matters, developing your skills in a collaborative team. The role offers a dedicated pathway to a Solicitor position and is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in disputes and litigation.

About You

- Currently completing the final year of a Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor or recently graduated, with a solid academic record.
- A genuine interest in litigation, administrative law, regulatory matters and insolvency, and a desire to build a long term career.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and practically.
- An interest in interpreting legislation, policies and regulatory frameworks and applying them to achieve practical client outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail, sound judgement and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and contribute effectively in a fast-paced team environment.




- Confidence using digital tools and a willingness to adopt new legal technology and more efficient ways of working.
