Join us in supporting healthier communities and making a meaningful difference in the lives of Pasifika people across South Western Sydney. In this rewarding role, you will contribute to a diabetes prevention program that empowers individuals, families and communities to make positive lifestyle changes and improve their overall wellbeing. Working closely with churches, community leaders and volunteers, you will help plan and deliver community-based health promotion initiatives that reduce the risk of chronic disease and support healthier futures.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with community members, building trusted relationships and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve positive health outcomes.
