Internal Sales Representative

$75,000 - $85,000 + Super

Be an integral part of the sales process in a growing industrial business.

Renteca is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in keeping the sales process moving.

Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you’ll support customers from initial enquiry through to quote, order and delivery, while helping ensure every prospect is followed up and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales support, customer relationships, quoting, account management and sales coordination.

What you’ll be doing:

- Responding to phone, email and walk-in sales enquiries
- Preparing hire quotations and sales proposals
- Managing customer orders and sale/hire contracts from enquiry through to completion
- Supporting Business Development Managers with customer accounts and sales activity
- Building strong relationships with existing customers and proactively following up quotes
- Providing product information and basic technical advice
- Keeping CRM records, opportunities and customer interactions accurate and up to date
- Ensuring customer requests and issues are followed through quickly and professionally
- Supporting sales reporting and maintaining tender and sales portals
- Assisting with sales collateral, product information and online content
- Working with Finance at month-end to ensure invoices are captured on time

What we’re looking for:





You’ll ideally bring at least two years’ sales experience, together with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Experience in industrial equipment sales or hire would be highly regarded, particularly welding equipment, generators or related products. An electrical or mechanical trade background would also be an advantage.

You’ll be someone who is responsive, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to work autonomously while being an active part of the wider sales team.

You’ll also be comfortable using CRM and ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with the attention to detail needed to keep quotes, contracts and customer information accurate.
