- Support debt, equity and project finance initiatives, preparing investor presentations, information memorandums, business updates and fundraising materials.
- Build and strengthen investor relationships through targeted engagement, due diligence coordination,
regular reporting and clear, compelling investment communications.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and financial advisers on financial modelling, investment analysis, business cases and capital raising strategies.
- Monitor trends across AI, data centres, energy and infrastructure investment, translating market insights into opportunities and representing the business at investor meetings and industry events.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in finance, commerce, economics, accounting, business or a related discipline, supported by proven years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking or infrastructure investment.
- Experience supporting capital raises, investment transactions or major infrastructure projects, with a sound understanding of project finance and private capital markets.
- Robust financial literacy and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial models and translate complex commercial and technical concepts into a compelling investment proposition.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities, with the confidence to engage investors, financiers, advisers and executive stakeholders.
- A commercially minded, detail-oriented approach, with sound judgement when handling confidential information and the adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
