Available Positions
Line Chefs
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner—while proudly upholding ISS’s reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
- Casual weekday / weekend roles available
- Ongoing support and training with opportunities to grow within a large global company
- Mental, Financial and Physical health support programs
- Casual line chefs will be considered first for any full time vacancies before external advertising

About You
We’re looking for people who:
✅ Take pride in their work and attention to detail
✅ Work well both independently and as part of a team
✅ Have good communication and time management skills
✅ Are reliable, professional,
and positive in attitude
Minimum Requirements
- Australian Citizenship
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
- Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance (including Drug & Alcohol testing)
- Relevant trade qualifications (where applicable)
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above
- Defence or military experience – highly desirable
