MARKETING COORDINATOR | Essential Catering + Events

At Essential Catering + Events, we create experiences that bring people together. From weddings and private celebrations to corporate catering and venue events, there’s always a story to tell—and we’re looking for someone who can help us tell it brilliantly.

This is your chance to make a visible difference.

Working directly with our Managing Director, you’ll turn ideas into practical marketing that builds our brand, starts conversations and inspires people to book their next experience with us.

What you’ll get stuck into:

- Creating engaging social content, from beautifully captured food to behind-the-scenes event moments.
- Bringing campaigns to life across social media, digital advertising and email.
- Keeping our websites, menus, brochures and venue listings fresh and consistent.
- Helping turn interest into enquiries, catering orders and event bookings.
- Using results, customer insights and a little experimentation to improve what we do.
- Exploring AI and automation to make great marketing easier to deliver.





We’d love to meet someone who:

- Brings enthusiasm, personality and fresh ideas—and follows through.
- Has hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media and email campaigns.
- Can write with warmth, create eye-catching content and spot a typo before anyone else.
- Is comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and website updates.
- Enjoys working independently while collaborating with a busy, passionate team.
- Cares about the results as much as the creative.

Experience in hospitality, events or venue marketing would be a bonus. A love of food and bringing people together will help you feel right at home.
