Job Description

This role plays a critical part in reviewing, comparing, and administering client contracts, ensuring contractual accuracy, compliance, and solid alignment with internal policies, legal requirements, and operational processes. Key projects: Contract Review, Comparison & Administration - Review, validate, and compare client contracts and contractual amendments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to approved templates, pricing structures, and legal terms. - Perform side by side contract comparisons to identify deltas, inconsistencies, commercial impacts, or compliance risks. - Ensure contract data (terms, entity details, dates, obligations, and commercial attributes) is correctly reflected in CRM and operational systems.

Skills and Requirements

Educated to degree level or holds equivalent professional experiencePrevious knowledge and experience of project management methodologiesExperience with MS Office programs and project management tools1+ years experiencePrevious MSFT experience
