Cumberland Hospital, part of Western Sydney Local Health District, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (NUM Level 1) to lead the Hospital in the Home service. You will ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centred care across a district-wide, home-based model, working with a multidisciplinary team.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and drive continuous improvement, quality and governance in a dynamic 7-day service workplace including weekends and public holidays.
