- This is with a small agency in an office with a team of six
- The first 6-12 months will be focussed on business development
- Meet with Clients to learn about their business operations, and specific hiring needs
- Manage the full end to end recruitment for white collar professional roles
- Identify and interview Candidates suited to the roles we work on
- Manage the workflow from picking up a job through to the placement
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Clients, Candidates and Colleagues

About the Role

What you need to have, be, or do

- Demonstrated ability and success in a B2B Client facing role
- The desire and willingness to pursue a career in recruitment
- A competent communicator able to develop and grow professional relationships
- Willing to learn, and follow set process and structure
- A coachable attitude, and a commitment to do what’s required to succeed
