Construction Director / Licensed Builder

(Residential Development & Construction)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and commercially minded Construction Director / Licensed Builder to lead the delivery of residential construction projects across NSW, with a strong focus on medium-density and volume residential developments including detached homes, duplexes, and townhouses.
This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced construction professional who combines strong technical capability with operational leadership, commercial acumen, and a hands‑on approach to project delivery. The successful candidate will have extensive on‑site construction experience, strong people management skills, and the ability to drive projects from pre‑construction through to completion while maintaining programme, quality, and financial performance.
We are looking for someone who is not only technically competent, but also intelligent, solutions‑driven, highly accountable, and capable of helping scale a growing vertically integrated development and construction business.
The role would suit an individual with a builder’s mentality and an ownership mindset — someone who understands both the operational realities of construction delivery and the commercial pressures of residential development.
