Thiess is seeking a Training Co-ordinator to lead the Health, Safety & Training Team at Mount Pleasant Operation in NSW. You will drive training programs, ensure compliance with HSE management systems, and align training with site needs.

A robust focus on proficiency-based outcomes and audit readiness is required. You will develop learning materials, manage trainer resources, and deliver assessments on-site, with a 5 days on / 2 off roster and monthly RDO.
