About the Role

This is a part-time role working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The schedule may be particularly well suited to parents and caregivers seeking a rewarding field-based role with consistent weekday hours. This role is focused on healthcare professional engagement, education, relationship building and territory execution.

You will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across your territory, increasing product and brand awareness, and delivering clear, evidence-based product information in a compliant and professional manner.

Your designated territory will include:

- General Practitioners
- Practice nurses and clinic staff
- Pharmacists

Key role responsibilities include:
- Delivering face-to-face product education to healthcare professionals
- Building strong, trusted relationships across your territory
- Planning and managing an effective call cycle
- Identifying opportunities to grow product awareness and HCP engagement
- Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and territory administration
- Representing HealthOne and our clients’ brands with professionalism and integrity
- Working closely with your manager and wider field team to achieve activity and performance targets

About You

You may be an experienced Medical Sales Representative, or come from a healthcare background and be ready for a field-based commercial role. You are confident with engaging healthcare professionals, highly organised, and motivated to deliver results.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Experience engaging with General Practitioners, Pharmacists, or other healthcare professionals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence delivering product information in a clear, accurate and compliant manner
- Strong territory management and organisational skills
- A proactive and commercially focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider field team
- High attention to detail and accurate CRM administration
- A professional, resilient and self-motivated approach

Full Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence.

Experience in GP sales, pharmacy or medical sales will be highly regarded.
