The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Performance Manager to lead the performance of our growing spa network.

Based at our Virginia Support Office and reporting to the General Manager, you’ll support Spa Managers and their teams to deliver strong commercial results, consistent operations and an exceptional guest experience across all Merse Wellness locations.

You’ll take a hands-on approach to leading and developing Spa Managers, driving revenue and profitability, and maintaining high standards across the network. You’ll use performance data to identify opportunities, coach teams through challenges and turn business priorities into practical plans.

This role also has an significant focus on health, safety and wellbeing. You’ll support consistent compliance, oversee local hazard controls and help ensure incidents are investigated thoroughly, with corrective actions put in place.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Drive revenue, and other performance targets across all spas.




- Review key business drivers, including treatment bookings, memberships, packages, rebooking, retail and labour productivity.
- Coach and mentor Spa Managers, supporting their leadership, accountability and development.
- Lead regular one-on-ones, sales meetings and team check-ins across the network.
- Identify performance gaps and work with managers on practical improvement plans.
- Maintain consistent operational, brand, guest service and workplace health and safety standards.
- Oversee site audits, critical risk checks and investigations into serious incidents.
- Work with Marketing to deliver campaigns, promotions and local community activations.
- Monitor guest feedback and support timely resolution of concerns.
- Lead projects that improve systems, workflows and the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in multi-site or regional management within spa, wellness, retail or hospitality.
- A track record of improving sales, profitability and operational performance.
- Strong leadership skills and experience coaching managers and developing teams.
- Commercial confidence, with the ability to interpret performance data and act on it.
- A sound understanding of workplace health and safety, compliance and operational standards.
- Clear communication, strong organisation and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence using digital tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint or CRM systems.
- Certificate IV or higher in Beauty, Spa Management, Hospitality or Business is preferred.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
