About The Role

Net2Source is seeking a Microsoft Developer to support the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing improvement of a data warehouse platform. In this role, you will contribute across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from understanding requirements and designing solutions through development, testing, and implementation. The platform interfaces with multiple upstream trading applications and supplies data to downstream systems that generate regulatory reports, making reliability, accuracy, and quality essential.

You will work closely with stakeholders and colleagues across the platform team to deliver enhancements, changes, and project requirements. You will also help improve operational effectiveness by automating manual processes, strengthening documentation, and building capabilities to identify and resolve platform issues and defects. This position is suited to a technically strong developer who values collaboration, structured delivery, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring extensive experience in SQL Server database development,

including query development, performance optimization, and support of reliable data solutions. Hands-on ETL experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is required, along with knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Proficiency in C# is important, particularly for extending or supporting SSIS tasks, and experience creating PowerShell scripts for automation is highly desirable.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices is expected;

experience using Bamboo is preferred. You should be comfortable working with structured development and testing practices and be able to communicate technical information clearly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for navigating a broad stakeholder group, clarifying requirements, and coordinating work across teams. A DevOps mindset, curiosity, and a strong interest in automation and innovation will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server database components that support the data warehouse platform. Build and enhance ETL workflows using SSIS, and apply SSAS and C# capabilities where needed to meet platform requirements. Create and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation frameworks that support data processing, platform operations, and repeatable delivery.

Partner with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs, assess impacts, and deliver platform enhancements, changes, and project-related requirements. Contribute to identifying operational improvements, reducing manual effort, improving documentation, and strengthening the platform’s ability to address issues and defects. Support CI/CD processes and promote consistent development practices.

Help define effective testing approaches, document test plans, and prepare and execute test cases in a structured, reusable format. Review changes carefully and work with the team to help ensure that delivered solutions meet quality, reliability, and data integrity expectations.

Perks

This opportunity offers the chance to work on a business-critical data warehouse platform connected to trading applications and regulatory reporting systems. You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on varied enhancements while developing your expertise in Microsoft data technologies, automation, and delivery practices. Net2Source provides an international consulting environment and the opportunity to contribute to projects focused on operational improvement and technology innovation.

Specific compensation, benefits, and employment terms may vary based on the position, location, and applicable client or company policies.

Equal Prospect

Net2Source Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunities. Employment decisions are made without discrimination on the basis of characteristics protected by applicable laws. We welcome qualified applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences and are committed to fair and respectful treatment throughout the hiring process and during employment.
