IBM PLANNING ANALYTICS / COGNOS TM1

Skills Required

- 3-7 years of experience in developing application using IBM TM1 reporting and modeling tool.
- Should have expert knowledge of the IBM Planning and Analytics tools.
- Should have in-depth Knowledge of the Cubes design, Turbo Integrator processes, Rules engine and Scripting.
- Solid SQL experience.
- Should have solid knowledge of the Client Reporting tools (PAWeb, PAXL, PAWorskpace)
- Should be able to implement and maintain TM1 security
- Should be able to Map business requirement to system design.
- Ability to prototype in TM1 (rapid prototyping)
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies with a track record of high quality deliverables
- Excellent communication skills

Skills Desired

- Agile Methodology
- Self-motivated, be able to work independently as well as being a team player
- Strong client service focus and willingness to respond to queries and provide deliverables within prompt time-frames.
- Another BI Tool such as Power BI are highly recommended
