The Aboriginal Corporation Drug and Alcohol Network (ACDAN) is looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to drive our strategic priorities, lead operations and strengthen the voice of the Aboriginal Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) workforce across NSW.

What’s on offer?

- Remote working – with regional travel
- Package up to $140,671 per annum – including superannuation and leave loading, based on qualifications and experience
- Full-time – 38 hours per week
- Statewide impact – work alongside our Board,



members and sector partners

- We're looking for someone who brings:

- Strong Aboriginal leadership and cultural knowledge
- At least 5 years' experience in AOD, Aboriginal health, community services or public health
- Board or committee experience
- Skills in operations, governance, partnerships and strategic planning
