About The Role

Excellent opportunity for a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Carrum Downs Aged Care on a maximum term contract from 2 November to 31 December 2026.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individual who are looking for consistent, structured part time work within a supportive aged care environment over the coming months.

This role is ideal for someone who values routine and stability and is happy to commit to a set fortnightly roster.



We are looking for someone able to commit to a mixture of AM & PM weekday shifts, 2–3 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high quality personal care
- Support resident wellbeing within a team workplace
- Follow RN In Charge directives
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
- Work independently within scope of practice

Qualifications And Experience

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Required)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Ability to work independently
- Positive, self motivated attitude

- Minimum 1 year aged care experience (Required)
- Be available to work Mondays (Required)
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (Required)
- Current Police Check (Required)
- Australian working rights (Required)
