We're looking for someone who knows commercial joinery inside and out.

Advanced Joinery Solutions is an established commercial joinery business based in Coolum Beach.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day operations, lead our team and keep projects moving from estimating and drafting right through to manufacturing and installation.

This is not a purely administrative, sales or construction project management role.

We need someone who understands how a commercial joinery factory actually operates, has practical experience using Cabinet Vision, and can confidently make technical and operational decisions.

What you'll be responsible for

Overseeing estimating, drafting, factory production and installation.

Managing production schedules, workloads and project deadlines.

Understanding and overseeing Cabinet Vision workflows, including drawings, materials, machining and CNC production.

Reviewing technical issues and making decisions to keep jobs moving.

Coordinating materials, purchasing, suppliers and subcontract installers.

Managing builder relationships and project delivery.

Leading, supporting and holding our team accountable.

Monitoring job costs, margins, productivity and operational performance.

Identifying problems early and implementing practical solutions.

What we're looking for

Current or recent hands-on experience using Cabinet Vision.





Strong experience in commercial cabinetry, joinery manufacturing or shopfitting.

A thorough understanding of the process from estimating and drafting through to CNC manufacturing and installation.

Proven ability to lead people and manage production.

Confidence in making technical decisions and solving problems independently.

Robust organisational skills, commercial awareness and accountability.

A genuine interest in a long-term role on the Sunshine Coast.

Highly regarded:

Experience managing an entire joinery business or factory.

Experience with commercial builders, large joinery packages and multiple concurrent projects.
