The Role You’ll support residents to build strength, mobility and confidence so they can live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented and outcome-driven therapy while building strong relationships with residents, families and the broader care team.

- Assessment & Care Planning – Develop individualised treatment plans that support resident goals and clinical needs.




- Manual Handling Training – Promote safe mobility and handling practices for residents and care staff.
- Wellness & Reablement Programs – Help residents maintain function, build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

- Recognised Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
- National Police Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccination, in line with applicable requirements
- Full working rights in Australia
- Residential aged care experience desirable
