The Role:

Reporting to the Clubhouse Operations Manager you will be responsible for undertaking the cleaning of all public areas and accommodation rooms, event set up and pack down and stores duties in an productive and professional manner.

This role is offering an average of 20 hours per week, requiring availability to work shifts during the week and on weekends between 6:00am starts to 2:00pm finishes.





Key tasks include: Housekeeping

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas (lobby, lifts, stairways, toliets).
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the events team with setup, bump-in/bump-out, and pack-down of functions.
- Deliver linen, towels, and rollaway beds to rooms as needed.
- Ensure timely ordering and proper storage of stock in designated areas.
- Keep stock and storage areas secure; report discrepancies to the Clubhouse Operations Manager.
- Rotate perishable stock to prevent waste.
- Distribute stock as per requisitions or approved orders.
- Ensure safe delivery of stock; report any damage or losses.
- Assist in managing the garbage room and maintain the loading dock per Club protocols.
