Located in the heart of Sydney overlooking Hyde Park, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, room service, and event operations.

This role works closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional experiences.
