Customer Success Coordinator – Part-time (4 days)

Hi, I’m Karl, founder and owner of Ausbeds. We make premium mattresses in-house at our Gladesville workshop, and we’re growing fast.

I’m looking for someone reliable to join the team and look after our customers from their first enquiry through to delivery day.

Our customers rate us 4.9+ stars on Google and ProductReview. Customers tell us it comes down to friendly service, a no-BS approach, and the quality of the mattresses. As we grow, a lot of customers will deal with you more than anyone else here, so your job is to keep that going.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Answering calls and helping customers work out what they need
- Replying to enquiries by email, chat, SMS and WhatsApp
- Booking and coordinating customer deliveries
- Keeping customers in the loop when plans change
- Helping out in the retail showroom when it’s busy

THE TOOLS YOU’LL USE

- Our own custom‑built software for customer relations, invoices and deliveries (we’ll teach you)
- Intercom for chat and helpdesk
- Sakari for SMS, plus WhatsApp, email and phone
- Some AI tools to help make things more effective. We still need someone who writes clearly and naturally in their own words

SOCIAL MEDIA

there’s time in the week for that too. You can help with photos, short videos and posts about the factory, the showroom and our customers.

ABOUT YOU

- Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication
- Reliable and organised
- Outgoing and personable. You enjoy picking up the phone to talk to customers
- You use your initiative. When things are quiet you find something useful to do, and if a process could work better, you suggest a fix
- Available 4 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are roughly 10am-6pm
- Full Australian working rights (we can’t offer visa sponsorship)

NICE TO HAVE

- Sales, retail, hospitality or ecommerce experience
- A driver’s licence
