Experienced Pressure Cleaning / Airless Spray Painting Roofing specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated tradesperson to contribute to our business in the Newcastle Maitland NSW area. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality pressure cleaning services, airless spray painting applications, and roofing work across a variety of residential and commercial projects. This role offers flexibility with part-time hours, allowing you to balance your work commitments whilst maintaining a steady income in the trades and services sector.

Key responsibilities

Perform pressure cleaning services on residential and commercial properties, including facades, driveways, pathways and outdoor areas

Apply airless spray painting to various surfaces with precision and attention to detail, ensuring professional finishes

Conduct roofing work including inspections, repairs, maintenance and painting as required

Prepare work surfaces appropriately before beginning restoration or painting tasks

Operate and maintain pressure cleaning equipment and airless spray painting machinery to ensure optimal performance

Follow all health and safety protocols and regulations on site

Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines, progress and any issues that arise

Maintain a clean and organised work environment and ensure proper disposal of waste materials

Travel to various job sites across the Maitland region as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in pressure cleaning, airless spray painting and roofing work

Strong technical knowledge of pressure cleaning equipment,



airless spray systems and roofing techniques

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to access job sites

Current or willingness to obtain relevant safety certifications and qualifications in the trades

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

Physical fitness and ability to work at heights where applicable, with appropriate safety measures in place

Professional attitude and strong communication skills with clients and team members

Reliability and punctuality

Experience with health and safety practices in the trades sector is highly valued
