These are full time positions with annual salary from $79,423.00 to $90,000.00 plus superannuation (commensurate with experience & skill levels applied, and more with additional allowances and/or overtime where worked). Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- To adhere to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality procedures
- Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
- Good communication skills essential
- Demonstrated integrity and valuable presentation
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Performing general slaughtering / boning / slicing / sawing duties
- High focus & attention to detail.
About you
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering / Sawing required, preferable in Brooklyn site, Australia
- Relevant qualification (Cert 3 meat processing) is a must
- Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
- Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
- Knowledge and understanding of related quality requirements
