The Pastoral Pork Company is seeking a proactive People, Culture & Safety Officer to manage day-to-day HR activities and support workplace safety across our growing business in Victoria. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Enablement, you'll work closely with operational managers, provide practical HR advice and help strengthen our people practices and processes, including training and compliance.
You’ll engage with a diverse workforce, apply Australian employment laws, and help drive
