Skilled Medical is seeking a General Medicine Registrar (PGY5+) to cover evening and night shifts for the Northern NSW Local Health District. The roster includes multiple 14:00–22:00 blocks on numerous dates in December 2026 and later in January 2026, with occasional 21:30–08:30 night shifts.

This position is based in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, a considerable distance north of Sydney, with access to regional hospital facilities.
