OpenDebt is building an autonomous collector that speaks with real customers under Australian credit rules. You will own live speech pipelines, optimize latency, and ensure lawful, accurate call handling.

The role focuses on quick, robust voice interactions and seamless telephony integration. You’ll work with Python, Pipecat, and SIP-based telephony, improving how the agent converses under pressure and how it handles interruptions, silences, and transfers to humans.
