Here at Pedare we have been operating since 1986 and we have over 1,100 students.The Middle and Senior School at Pedare caters for over 800 students in Years 6 to 12 and uses the Australian Curriculum and SACE for curriculum delivery. we have established a dedicated diverse learning program where it provides direct and timely assistance to students who require additional learnings requirements under the teacher remit.OpportunityWe are seeking expressions of interest for qualified Temporary Relief Teachers for 2026 across a range of subjects in Years 6 -12 to join our casual pool. Our Relief Teachers will cover short-term absence of teaching staff on a casual basis and will be required to pick up the set subject plan whilst delivering high quality teaching to students. As a successful applicant you will be able to hit the ground running, work as a team and have excellent verbal and written communication.Current Teacher Registration Certificate in South AustraliaCurrent Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearanceResponding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN) certificateFirst Aid and CPR Certificate (preferred)Academic Transcripts and Degrees, Diplomas, CertificatesAll certificates and qualification(s) must be provided to the College prior to commencement of employment; and the College requests the applicant to disclose any information relevant to their eligibility to engage in activities involving children and young people.
