This full time role (38 hours) covers phone, live chat and email interactions, helping customers with delivery queries, product advice, and order issues.You'll work in an autonomous remote team, using CRM and ticketing tools, aim to resolve queries first time, and build lasting relationships with pet families while meeting KPIs and contributing to continuous improvement.
