We operate from a holistic framework that incorporates a supportive and caring person-centred approach balanced with the understanding of real-world requirements.We are currently seeking an experienced Psychologist or Counsellor to join our team on a full time basis working from our Toowoomba or Dalby office.You will need to be motivated, inspiring and an accessible individual who can pursue outcomes for clients and contribute to the overall performance of the office where you will be based. You will be adaptable and adaptable and be able to manage shifting work priorities.Your role will include:Working with diverse clients to support recovery and achieve positive client lead outcomesWorking within an evidence-based practice model – providing clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, development of support case plans and return to work plans, in addition to supporting the implementation of these plansEstablishing and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of treating multidisciplinary specialists, community groups, employers,
