- Support clients to access appropriate services and work towards improved mental health, wellbeing and independence.

- Provide professional guidance, mentoring and support to less experienced staff.

- Facilitate case conferences and contribute to collaborative care planning.

- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of programs and service delivery approaches.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders to improve service access and client outcomes.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards and organisational policies.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous service improvement.

About you

You'll have robust clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues and external services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and develop practical solutions to complex situations.

- Experience providing guidance or mentoring to colleagues.

- A commitment to person-centred, recovery-oriented and evidence-informed practice.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
