Salary : $75,000 – $90,000 per year

Hi-Tech Homes has led the way in modular homes for over 30 years. We manufacture modular components inside our 4500-square-metre factory and transport them to the site as installation-ready. We offer a range of floor plans and designs as well as custom-designed homes. Our range is from granny flats to 2-story modular homes.

The Role: We seek a skilled and reliable individual to perform a wide range of general carpentry tasks to join our team in Bringelly, NSW. This role involves constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials and assisting with broader building and maintenance works. This role requires a solid understanding of construction methods,



excellent hands-on skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality workmanship on time and within budget.

Qualifications and skills:

- Trade qualification and at least 1 year of related experience
- Demonstrated skill and experience in residential/commercial work
- Proven experience in carpentry and building construction or renovation.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Robust knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Good communication skills
- Full driving licence
