Cohort Staffing is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker or current House Supervisor/Team Leader to step into a Key Worker role within an all-male home supporting clients with high physical support needs.

About the Role
As a Key Worker, you will take greater ownership of the day-to-day support of clients, including:
- Experience supporting people with high physical support needs
- Experience working independently in a SIL/home environment
- Confidence taking responsibility for the day-to-day support of clients
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with families, support teams and management
- Previous Key Worker, Senior Support Worker or House Supervisor experience is highly regarded.
About You
We are looking for someone with strong, proven disability support experience who is ready to step up into a Key Worker role.
You will have:
- Experience supporting people with high or complex physical needs
- Strong personal care and manual handling experience
- Experience in SIL,
residential or similar disability settings
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- A reliable, professional and mature approach
- The confidence to take ownership and support other team members
Availability
- Part-time with the opportunity for up to full time hours.
- You must be available to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons/evenings, sleepovers/overnights, weekends and public holidays.
Essential Requirements
- Qualification in Nursing, Healthcare, Aged Care, Disability, or related field
- Proven disability support experience
- Experience with high physical support needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Australian working rights
- Reliable transport
- Availability across all shifts
- Clinical experience is highly desirable
