The Opportunity :
This is a unique stand-alone Warehouse & Assembly role, combining hands‑on warehouse operations with light mechanical/metal assembly work. The position suits someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes ownership of their workspace, and is comfortable managing day‑to‑day warehouse tasks independently.
This position is with a small, close‑knit team of 9 staff, including management, field technicians, and assembly specialists. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations independently
- Receive, dispatch, and organise stock
- Operate forklift safely (loading/unloading)
- Perform light metal assembly using hand tools
- Follow instruction manuals and assembly guidelines
- Maintain stock accuracy and organised storage systems
- Lift and move materials up to 23kg
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
About You :
- Previous warehouse experience (essential)
- Valid Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence (essential)
- Comfortable working independently in a standalone role
- Experience using hand tools or metal assembly (desirable)
- Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
