Complete Healthcare Connect (CHC) seeks a results-driven Sales &

- Marketing Manager to grow referrals, revenue, partnerships and healthcare services across Queensland.

This hands-on role suits a confident professional with strong B2B sales, networking and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development &
- Referrals
- Build partnerships with hospitals, GPs, NDIS Support Coordinators, aged care providers and community organisations.
- Generate referrals across Allied Health, Nursing, In-Home Support, Aged Care and SIL/SDA.
- Allied Health Clinic Growth
- Increase referrals, clinician utilisation and revenue across Logan Central, North Lakes and Booval clinics.
- Promote Physiotherapy, OT, Speech Pathology and Podiatry.
- Community Services &
- Expansion
- Grow Nursing, In-Home Support and Aged Care across Greater Brisbane and regional Queensland.
- Develop sustainable referral networks and new markets.
- Supported Accommodation (SIL/SDA)
- Increase occupancy, strengthen referral partnerships and identify new opportunities.
- Marketing &
- Community Engagement
- Coordinate digital campaigns, lead generation, expos, networking and B2B engagement.
- Tenders &
- Contracts
- Identify and secure government and private contracts.
- Prepare tenders, EOIs, RFQs and business proposals.
- Performance
- Achieve revenue and referral targets, monitor conversions and report to the Managing Director.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in healthcare.

- Proven ability to generate referrals, secure partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong B2B sales, networking and relationship management abilities.
- Experience with marketing strategies, CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Brisbane-based, willing to travel and attend expos, networking and business meetings.
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and results-driven.
- Current driver's licence and Australian working rights.

Highly Desirable
- Existing NDIS, healthcare or aged care networks.
- Experience growing Allied Health, Nursing, In-Home Support or SIL/SDA services.
- Tender writing, government contracts or digital marketing experience.
- Relevant Business, Marketing or Healthcare qualifications.

Certifications

Required

- Current Australian driver's licence.
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Queensland Blue Card, where required.

- Sales, Digital Marketing or Tender Writing certification.
